Applicant: Leigh Spinners Mill Preservation Trust.

Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications to carry out the above works have been made to Wigan Council The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect the setting of a Listed Building, which is within a Conservation Area.
