PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

23/11285 BALLARD SCHOOL, FERNHILL LANE, NEW MILTON BH25 5SU -Construct overflow carpark on the lower playing field.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

23/11314 RIVERSIDE, 114 HIGH STREET, MILFORD-ON-SEA SO41 0QE - Rear extension; garage/outbuilding; porch; fenestration alterations; driveway gates.

23/11320 14 CHRISTCHURCH ROAD, RINGWOOD BH24 1DN - Change of use from Class E Retail to Mix Sui Generis Salon / Nail Bar; no external alterations.

23/11326 EAST HAYES, GROVE ROAD, LYMINGTON SO41 3RN - First floor extension to enclose existing balcony.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

23/11235 17 ST JOHNS STREET, HYTHE SO45 6BZ - Single-storey rear extension; fenestration alterations.

The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

23/11204 WALKFORD FARM HOUSE, WALKFORD LANE, NEW MILTON BH25 5NH - Refurbishment and thermal upgrade of Walkford Farm House; part demolition and refurbishment of outbuilding; fence.

23/11319 BEACH HOUSE, PARK LANE, MILFORD-ON-SEA SO41 0PT - Install x 4no. electric vehicle charging stations within the car park of Beach House with associated equipment. Create Four EV parking spaces by extending the existing gravel car park.

This application is for Listed Building Consent.

23/11205 WALKFORD FARM HOUSE, WALKFORD LANE, NEW MILTON BH25 5NH - Refurbishment and thermal upgrade of Walkford Farm House; part demolition and refurbishment of outbuilding; fence (Application for Listed Building Consent)

23/11236 17 ST JOHNS STREET, HYTHE SO45 6BZ - Single-storey rear extension; fenestration alterations (Application for Listed Building Consent).

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
