Notice is given that the Council has received the following application/s for planning permission / listed building
consent which involve development in a conservation area and/or affecting a listed building:-
AT: 18 Parson Lane Clitheroe BB7 2JN FOR: Listed Building Consent for proposed internal alterations. Application
number: 3/2023/0920
AT: Eaves House Farm Waddington Road West Bradford BB7 3JF FOR: Planning permission for new ground floor
shower room with new timber casement window and sewage treatment plant in adjacent field. Application
number: 3/2023/0918
AT: 3 The Square Church Lane Whalley BB7 9SU FOR: Proposed replacement timber windows in the existing
openings; replacement double doors to the rear; new render finish to the front porch. Application number:
3/2023/1013
AT: 23 Pendleton Road Wiswell BB7 9DD FOR: Proposed demolition of garage and construction of two-storey
extension to side and rear and single storey extension to rear. Alterations to existing window and door openings
and creation of new parking area. Application number: 3/2023/1026
AT: 6 Main Street Bolton by Bowland Clitheroe BB7 4NW FOR: Listed Building Consent for replacement windows to
front elevation. Application number: 3/2023/1023

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after
this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of
Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number. Any representations
received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be
sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission. For information on how the
