Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development of site off Ronades Road, Falkirk, comprising of a mix of family housing units with associated parking and landscaping.

A public consultation event will be held at the Bainsford Community Hall, David’s Loan Falkirk FK 2 7JS between the hours of 4pm and 8pm on Tuesday 30th January 2024.
Persons wishing to comment on the proposals should do so by Friday 2nd February 2024 to Duncan Robb, Crawford Architectural, The Greenlaw Works, 6 Greenlaw View, Newton Mearns G77 6EF

This notice does not relate to a Planning Application. Comments should not be made to Falkirk Council.
Please note that any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning authority. If a Planning Application is subsequently submitted to Falkirk Council, normal neighbour notification will be undertaken at that time by the Council, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
