Reference: AVA/2023/0945 Applicant Name: Mr Simon Lindley Address: 37 Market Place, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1FZ Proposal: Listed building consent to replace the existing kitchen roof materials from red clay tiled with welsh slate tiles (may affect the character and setting of a Listed Building and the Conservation Area)
