Erection of two storey detached 3 bed dwelling and erection of 4x two storey 3 bed terrace cottages to include surface car parking with associated landscaping to land surrounding The Chequers Public House. Reason: Listed Building.

23/1767/HSE/LN: 84 Oulton Crescent, Potters Bar, EN6 3EG. Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of single storey rear extension with alterations to fenestration to include insertion of lx rooflight. Reduction of existing detached rear garage. Reason: Green Belt

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
