NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Weston Homes Plc to obtain planning permission for:

Application No: 23/01915/VAR

Proposal: Application to vary the approved drawings listed under Condition 2 and amend the wording of Conditions 24 (Car Parking), 25 (Cycle Parking) and 39 (Development Particulars) attached to planning consent reference 21/02087/VAR dated 21/12/2022 (original consent ref: 18/02013/FUL dated 07/01/2020).

For information only: For the purposes of public consultation, the following additional information describing the proposal is provided (this does not form part of the formal description of development set out above): Alterations including additional height to Blocks A2 (2 storeys added), A3 (4 storeys added), C1 (1 storey added) and C3 (1 storey added) to accommodate 51 no. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residential flats. Removal of ground floor car park below Blocks A2, A3 & C1, relocation of blue badge bays, and lowering of podium to first floor level to form a further 5 no. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats. Internal alterations to Blocks A2, A3, C1 and C3, to facilitate additional staircases to all levels.
