The Development Does Not Appear To Accord With The Provision Of The Development Plan In Force In The Area - P1660/23/FUL -Erection of a detached single-storey dwelling with associated parking, garaging, landscaping and associated works - alternative scheme to P0507/23/FUL. - Land At, Littledean Hill Road, Cinderford. Major Development - P1659/23/FUL - Removal of Condition 4 (restricted operating period) relating to planning permission P1927/19/FUL to enable the business to operate all year round. - Oak Cottage, The Common, St Briavels. Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building - P1652/23/FUL - Change of use from Bed and Breakfast (C1) to single dwelling house (C3) with associated works. - Malswick Mill, Malswick, Newent. -P1640/23/FUL - Change of use of outbuilding to holiday let. - The Rock Farm, Bromsberrow Road, Redmarley.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 31st January 2024.
