Application No. 27/23/00009: Enmore Park Golf Club, Enmore Road, Enmore, Bridgwater, TA5 2AN. Formation of perimeter flood defence bunding to existing practice ground, new maintenance vehicle access to the NE &West areas of the site, infilling of gully between holes 1 & 18, also the creation of additional car parking area. This development may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 33/23/00032: Land to the North of, Yardwall House, Yardwall Road, Mark, Highbridge, TA9. Change of use of Land to residential & the erection of three dwellings on site of existing agricultural building (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 37/23/00106: 20 Verriers, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA6 6SX. Landscaping to front garden with retaining walls to install a step lift & amended pedestrian access. This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 11/23/00124: 19 Oxford Street, Burnham On Sea, TA8 1LG. Erection of 70 bed. care home on site of existing (to be demolished) including parking provision &associated works. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 08/23/00369: Street Record, Summerway Drove, East Bower, Bridgwater. Proposed construction, operation & decommissioning of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility & associated infrastructure This proposal is a major development.
