accompanied by an Environmental Statement, has been approved subject to conditions.

Application seeking full planning permission for the demolition of 3 existing dwellings and the construction of 3 B8 units, together with associated access, vehicle parking, landscaping and all other ancillary works. Environmental Impact Assessment.
