Proposed development at: Land North Of Burcot Farm, Tadpole Lane, Swindon
I give notice that Vistry Group/Crest Operations Limited is applying to Swindon Borough Council Planning Department for subsequent consent for:
S/OUT/23/1508: Outline application for residential development up to 410 dwellings, including affordable housing, and associated open space with all matters reserved except for access, pedestrian and cycle connections, which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect the application and associated documents online via our website http://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess and by entering application number S/OUT/23/1508. The Environmental Statement can be viewed under S/13/1524. Copies of the Environmental Statement are available for purchase.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Council at the following address: Planning Department, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG or via the above public access link, quoting the relevant reference S/OUT/23/1508 before 4th February 2024.
