Application to Modify or Discharge Section 106A of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990
Land North West Of 2 Maldon Road Burnham-On-Crouch - Modification to Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 30.08.19 (executed under planning reference 18/00443/OUT) to amend obligations relating to affordable housing. Ref No: 23/01233/MLA
