What is planned?

NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

In accordance with the provisions of Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 notice is given that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to grant an easement for the purpose of a water supply pipe for the benefit of the National Trust of Heelis, Kemble Drive, Swindon SN2 2NA through part of the public open space known as Bringsty Common, Bromyard, Herefordshire. A plan showing the approximate location of the affected land may be inspected at the Council's offices at Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE during normal office hours, or on the public notice section of the Council's website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk

Any objections regarding the intended disposal should be made, stating the grounds for objection, in writing to Helen Beale, Senior Estate Manager, Corporate Services, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE to be received no later than 26 January 2024.
