Incorporation of the store and infilling of the external doors. External landscaping works. Installation of air conditioning unit to side elevation.

23/5319/HSE: Hurst Lodge 85 Winnington Road London N2 0TT.

Partial demolition of existing dwelling house with retention of front facade and partially retained side flank walls. New works comprising of part single, part two-storey extension with rooms in roof space and basement level to create a dwelling house (behind retained facade). Alterations to hard and soft landscaping, new boundary treatment, linked single storey garage, basement fenestration and new side gates.

The demolition of existing buildings at Dyson Court, Anderson Court, Rawlinson Court and 1-16 Whitefield Avenue, as well as the associated shed/garage structures and the creation of a temporary access route, along with the removal of 15 trees and 4 tree groups.

Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide a six storey building comprising of 39no. self-contained residential units with car and cycle parking, refuse storage and associated amenity space, landscaping and access.
