NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Elstow (North) Landfill Wilstead Road, Elstow, Bedford, Bedfordshire, Bedford, MK42 9YU
Take notice that application is being made by:
Bedford Borough Council
Applicant name: Mr Paul Pace
For planning permission to: The proposed
development involves the further importation of
approx. 260,000m3 of clean, restoration soils and significant landscaping to create an alternative landform and enable the delivery of the wider Bedfordshire Green Infrastructure Plan, increase biodiversity provision and create safe access to open public space within the site, whilst improving non-motorised connectivity between Wixams, Elstow and Bedford.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted:
Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
