to the offices of Development and Planning until 12/01/2024 for all items, unless
otherwise stated.

Variation of condition 9 to update the Land Use Plan (Parcel C1c to be changed to
Retail/Community Use) and Illustrative Masterplan. Variation to Design Addendum
