NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND

Land at Trent Park, formerly Trent Park Cafe, Barnet, EN4 0JY, shown edged red on the plan ("the Property").

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Enfield intends to grant a lease of the Property for a term of up to 10 years to Ripe Kitchen Limited (company no. 08614694),which is open space land.

The Property is shown for the purpose of identification edged red on a plan which is available online at: https://www.enfield.gov.uk/publicnotices and is also available for inspection at the public noticeboard by the main entrance to the London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, London EN1 3XA, as well as the Council's four main public libraries at Enfield Green, Ordnance Road, Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, and Broomfield Lane, during their normal opening hours.

Any person who objects to the proposed lease should set out their objection in writing by either using the online response form at the web address above, or by email to, section123notices@enfield.gov.uk or by writing to Strategic Property Services, London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, London EN1 3XA, and ensure that it is submitted by no later than 5pm on 17th January 2024.
