Former RAF Turnhouse, Turnhouse Road - Planning Application
What is planned?
Notice of Pre-Application Consultation under Regulation 7(2)(b) of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Miller Developments (“the Applicant”), hereby give notice of the final pre-application consultation event to be held in relation to the following proposed development at the Former RAF Turnhouse, Turnhouse Road, Edinburgh, EH12 0AL:
“Proposed alterations to industrial storage park as previously consented (Ref: 09/00302/FUL and 08/01484/FUL) to provide for improved access, layout and reduced unit numbers, with associated landscaping works.”
The event will provide feedback to members of the public in respect of comments received by the prospective applicant as regards the proposed development. The final drop-in consultation event will take place on:
Thursday 11th January 2024 between 3pm and 7:30pm at Turnhouse Golf Club, 154 Turnhouse Rd, Edinburgh, EH12 0AD.

This notice does not relate to a planning application and any comments made to the Applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted by the Applicant to City of Edinburgh Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and
you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
