Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/23/96300/FULL Pharmacy Royal Albert Edward Infirmary Wigan Lane Wigan. Roof extension to front above existing Pharmacy, to provide space for new air handling unit, together with external alterations to provide access to roofspace. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Lane.
