Demolition of existing single storey extensions and fire escape stairs to the rear to allow for conversion and refurbishment of former nursing home to create offices at ground floor level and 6 No. self contained flats to first and second floors of main building with the provision of bin store and increased cycle storage. Creation of new vehicular access road and refurbishment of hardstanding to create 23 No. parking spaces.
