NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

L0011.23, 5 Academy Square, 1 Academy Fields Road, Romford.

Llisted building consent to replace the casement window on the rear ground floor flat.

The development relates to a Listed Building

M0013.23, Grass verge at junction of Manor Avenue and Slewins Lane, Hornchurch.

Installation of a 17.5m monopole supporting 6no. antennas, 2no. 300mm dishes, 2no. cabinets and ancillary works thereto.

The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment

P1622.23, Mastercool House, 220 Main Road, Romford.

Planning application for rear ground & first floor extension to create 2 No. two-bedroom flats and proposed enlargement of existing first floor flat at front & side.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1726.23, 3 King George Close, Romford.

Erection of steel plant gantry and open mesh walkway with high level perimeter louvered enclosure; internal reconfiguration; roof openings and modifications; facade modifications; louvres; flue shafts; access and escape stairs and security fence cages; change in material of acoustic fence to external plant room; new and amended doors; and the infilling of window openings.

This is a major development because it involves development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more

P1765.23, Land at Bridge Close, Romford, Havering.

Hybrid planning application for

1) Full Planning Permission for the erection of three buildings comprising 383 residential units (Class C3); 1,920 sqm (GEA) of commercial floorspace (Class E use) and a three form entry primary school and nursery (Class F1 (a)); with the erection of a new pedestrian/cycle bridge; new vehicular and pedestrian arrangements; a new public square and civic square; new public realm works; and associated infrastructure and works incidental to the proposed development.

2) Outline Planning Permission with access to be considered for up to 687 residential dwellings (Class C3); community floorspace of up to 2,768 sqm (GEA) comprising a health centre (Class E(e)) and a community centre (Class F1 / F2); up to 4,045 sqm (GEA) commercial floorspace (Class E use) comprising office and flexible workspace, retail use, professional services and leisure use; together with associated infrastructure, alterations to and provision of new vehicular and pedestrian access points; public open space, including a riverside walk; car, motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces and servicing spaces and other works incidental to the proposed development

This is a major development because it involves development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

P1774.23, 9 Risebridge Road, Romford.

Replacement of all front facing windows with double glazed timber frames windows. Replacement of all rear facing windows with Double glazed upvc windows. Replacement of side windows with double glazed upvc and timber windows

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1807.23, Franks Farm, St Marys Lane, Upminster.

Change of use of Building 5 from Class E(d) commercial gymnasium, to allow for additional use of premises for Class E(g)(i) office use, E(g)(ii) research and development use or Class E(g)(iii) any industrial process which can be earned out in any residential area without causing detriment to the amenity of the area. The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

The development relates to a Listed Building

P1808.23, The Manor Hotel, Berwick Pond Road, Rainham.

Retrospective erection of a marquee in the rear garden area - as per previously application from last year - Reference: P1726.22 The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

The development relates to a Listed Building

P1809.23, 187 High Street, Hornchurch.

External alterations at the rear of the upper floors of the building, to facilitate the proposed conversion/ change of use to residential

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1852.23, 5 Academy Square, 1 Academy Fields Road, Romford.

Replace the casement window on the rear ground floor flat.

The development relates to a Listed Building
