I give notice that United Utilities is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the installation of 2 kiosks and a section of above ground inlet sewer at Chapel-en-le-Frith Wastewater Treatment Works. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area of the land to which the application relates, as it is within the Green Belt.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, High Peak Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Glossop (available online at https://www.highpeak.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 19 January 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 19 January 2024,
by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,

The Council currently consider the proposed development departs from the Development Plan as the development would be within the Green Belt which the council seeks to protect and maintain its openness and permanence type under policy EQ4 of the High Peak Local Plan. The application site also borders the Peak Forest Tramway Trail in addition to other public rights of ways.
