The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a

Conservation Area or affect its setting

1.  Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use from vacant B1(a) offices to C3 use class dwellinghouses 2 flats with skylight to rear at 10, Market Place, Batley.  Application Nos. 2023/93548 & 2023/93371. The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2.  Erection of single storey side extension at 69, Raikes Lane, Birstall, Batley.  Application No. 2023/93534.

3.  Change of use of redundant Chinese medical centre to flat and takeaway at 98, Commercial Street, Batley.  Application No. 2023/93613.
