What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PUBLIC INQUIRY at: Council Chamber, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, GU21 6YL Opening on Wednesday 17th January 2024 at 10am

REASON FOR INQUIRY An Appeal by Abri Group Ltd, relating to the application to Woking Borough Council for: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a building of up to 25x storeys comprising 224x residential units, ground floor commercial units, landscaping, bin and cycle storage, public realm works and associated works and facilities (Amended Plans) on Land at Technology House and Poole House, 48 - 54 Goldsworth Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6LE

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
