NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Application reference number S62A/2023/0028

Proposed development at Land off Chelmsford Road, Hartford End, Chelmsford, Essex.

Notice is given that Stockplace Investments Ltd is applying to the Secretary of State for planning permission for an outline application for construction of up to 50 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated access and bus stops with all matters reserved apart from access.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20230028-land-off-chelmsford-road-hartford-end-chelmsford-essex at Uttlesford District Council Planning Department, London Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 4ER during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should email/write to the Planning Inspectorate at: section62a@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or Inquiries and Major Casework Team, The Planning Inspectorate, 3rd Floor, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting the application site address and reference number S62A/2023/0028 by 12 January 2024. Sending comments by email will enable us to deal with them more quickly.

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council quoting the application reference number by 11 January 2024.
