23/P/2682/FUL - Proposed demolition of existing conservatory at the North elevation, detached garage, and part of the West boundary wall. Proposed erection of 1no. 1-bed dwelling alongside the creation of hard standing and fencing at 57 Severn Avenue, Weston-super-Mare.
