The Council has received applications: ST/0805/23/FUL major application for erection of 71no. dwellings for residential use together with associated roads, sewers, enclosures and landscaping at land at Lord Nelson Street, South Shields. Representations to be made by 10/01/24. ST/0654/23/OUT for outline planning consent sought with some matters reserved for a two storey, two bedroom dwelling at the rear of the garden to 19 Burnham Grove at rear of 19 Burnham Grove, East Boldon, NE36 0DU which affects the setting of the East Boldon Conservation Area. Representations to be made by 03/01/24. The applications, plans and other
