As a consequence of a Cyber attack on its website and IT systems on 7 November 2023, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is currently only able to display application drawings online. These are considered sufficient to explain the proposed development and can be viewed on the planning page on its temporary website. The full planning application, plans, drawings and other documents submitted in respect of the proposed development may be viewed at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Council Offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway HS1 2BW or Council Offices, Balivanich, Benbecula, between 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday. Please be aware the offices are closed from the afternoon of Friday 22 December, re-opening on Wednesday 3 January 2024.  If you wish to view the documents, but are unable to view online or visit the office, please contact the service by email at planning@cne-siar.gov.uk and we will endeavour to send copies of the application documents by email.
