Proposed development at Land off Darley Road, Liversedge. Take notice that an application is being made by Jones Homes Yorkshire Ltd for full planning permission for the erection of 77 dwellings, with access from Darley Road and associated works.
This relates to a live planning application submitted to Kirklees Council, with a revised description of development and new red line boundary which now includes an area of unregistered land and therefore should be advertised. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations to this application should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.
