CA/23/02313: 59 St Dunstans Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 8BS Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including single storey rear extension, installation of three rooflights to rear together with replacing garden walls. CA/23/02295: 1 Eastbridge Hospital, 25 High Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2BD Application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including repair to stone and render to East elevation. Applicant: Ms Louise Knight Reason: Work to a listed building.

CA/23/02278: 40 Grasmere Road, Chestfield, Kent, CT5 3NA Two-storey detached dwelling. Applicant: Mrs G Herbert Reason: Conservation area.

CA/23/02279: 94 Whitstable Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 8ED Retrospective change of use from residential institution to assisted living dwelling. Applicant: Miss Julia Chukwuma Reason: Conservation area.

CA/23/02261: Underdown House, Underdown Lane, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5UD Seven detached two-storey dwellings. Applicant: Mr Martin Gibbons Reason: Conservation area.
