App No: 23/1066 – Development of a new crematorium, new access and carparking and memorial parkland at Land North Wet of New Park Farm, Penylan Road, Bassaleg. App No: 23/1073 – Change of use, extension and alterations of restaurant building to 10no, apartments, construction of 3no. townhouses, parking and associated works at Roman Lodge Hotel, Ponthir Road.

App No: 23/1097 – Listed building consent for alterations to convert the property to a live music venue and installation of internal stud walls, two bars, a stage and WC’S at The Corn Exchange, High Street, Newport. A copy of the plans and documents relating to the applications can be viewed at www.newport.gov.uk/planningonline until 6/01/2024.
