23/02028/LB – The Control Tower Liberty Square Kings Hill West Malling - MKA Architects Ltd is applying for Listed Building Application: Minor alterations to application ref TM/22/02262/LB (Replacement of first floor glazed screen windows (inner and outer) and replacement with single, thermally broken double glazed screen and make good water damage). Reason: LB
23/03231 – 115 St Leonards Street West Malling – Mr T Berwick is applying for conversion of detached workshop and storage building into a self-contained annex for relative (including demolition of a small timber lean-to structure and its replacement with a new brick addition) and associated renovation works and alterations to fenestration. Reason: CA LB

23/03241 – Development Site land West of Winterfield Lane East Malling West Malling - Vistry Wates Laybourne LLP is applying for S73 Application to vary planning condition 11 (Access plans) to TM/19/01814/OA Outline Application: Erection of up to 250 new homes (40% affordable), new community building, provision of a new country park and other areas of public open spaces, areas of play, upgrade of existing footpaths, together with new vehicular access onto London Road and associated parking and landscaping. Reason: MD PROW
23/03263 – 21 Uridge Road Tonbridge - Mr C Sharp is applying for proposed single storey rear extension to existing kitchen, loft extension with dormers to the rear roof, installation of rooflights and installation of high level windows to the existing side elevation. Reason: CA HH
