What is planned?
LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 MAJOR APPLICATIONS UNDER ARTICLE 15(4)) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 AND OTHER SIGNIFICANT APPLICATIONS.
Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets is considering the following applications:
107, 109, 111, 113, 115, 119, 121 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DT PA/23/01980
Full Planning Permission sought for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a new building with varying heights from two to seven stories and basement excavation accommodating a hotel (Use Class C1); commercial, business and service space (Use Class E); and ancillary facilities including refuse storage and cycle storage, landscaping, and other associated works. 1-30 O'Leary Square, London, E1 3AP and adjacent land (including 75-83 O'Leary Square) PA/23/02159 Erection of a 3-storey roof extension (with exoskeleton structure) and 6-storey side extension to create 32 flats (29 x 1-bed &3 x 2-bed) including associated demolition works, installation of a lift, creation of private gardens and changes to boundary treatments; as well as wider public realm, landscaping, cycle/car parking and bin store works.

24 Aberavon Road PA/23/02163 Replacement of existing rear garden shed with a new shed to match existing.
192 Jubilee Street, London, E1 3BP PA/23/02199 Proposal is to install powder coated aluminium framed secondary glazing into the reveals to the front and rear elevations to match existing fenestration/sight lines of the windows.

Addition of 2no glazed doors and associated fixed partitioning between main corridor and passageways leader to former chapel space at first floor level.
The following are householder applications and in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the secretary of state, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
36 Ellesmere Road, London, E3 5QX PA/23/02185 Erection of a double-pitch mansard roof extension and a single storey side extension at lower ground floor level. Refurbishment works to external facade including replacement of existing windows and front door. New roof light to rear outrigger and alterations to window apertures to lower ground floor and ground floor.
24 Aberavon Road PA/23/02162 Replacement of existing rear garden shed with a new shed to match existing.
