Town & Country Planning  Notice of Application for Planning Permission under Article 15(4) or (5) or 16 of Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications, affecting a Listed Building (LBC), within a Conservation Area (CA) or Major Development (MD), have been received:

230751, 13 Lushington Road, BN21 4LG - Change of use from C3 (Dwellinghouse) to C2 (Residential Institution)to provide assisted living home for children. 

230778, Mansion (Lions) Hotel, 32-35 Grand Parade, BN21 3YS - Reserved Matters Application (Landscaping) in relation to planning permission 200280 granted 03/12/2020.

230784, Flat, 24 Meads Street, BN20 7QY - Existing brick wall and wooden gate to be demolished and replaced with metal railings and gate, to match original historic plans.

230787, Gate Court Dairy, Waterworks Road, BN22 8LH - Erection of 85 residential flats, together with access and parking, associated open space and landscaping and vehicular and pedestrian accesses.

230790, Marlborough House, 3 Old Wish Road, BN21 4JY - Installation of double glazed windows to side and back elevations.

230800, Land south of, Cross Levels Way - Construction and operation of a solar photovoltaic farm with associated infrastructure.

230804, Flat 1, Leighton Lodge, 1 Staveley Road, BN20 7LH - Replace existing single glazed timber windows to side and rear elevations to double glazed timber windows with installation of french doors.

230807, 15-17 Fairlands Hotel, Lascelles Terrace, BN21 4BJ - Change of use to residential (C3) to provide 14no self-contained flats.

Representations must be made within 21 days of the date of this notice and will be made publically available to view online. Representations may be passed to the Planning Inspectorate in the event that an application is refused and appealed. Any request to speak at committee must be stated at the time of submission of your representation; please be aware that not all planning applications are seen at committee. All representations must be made in written form either online/email/post.
