NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Demolition of existing buildings, conversion of Blocks K and R (also known as The Lodge) for residential use and construction of new residential dwellings, and provision of associated infrastructure including access roads, car parking and landscaping. To provide a total of 93 dwellings

at North Kent College Oakfield Lane Dartford (Application Ref. No. DA/23/01434/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

2) Demolition of existing barn and erection of a residential dwelling, with associated amenity space, parking and landscaping (part retrospective)

at Benlin Farm Cottage Trollingdown Hill Green Street Green Road

(Application Reference: DA/23/01415/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
