Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Veolia ES Landfill Limited for Extension to the permitted site area for green waste composting and consolidation and retention of the following developments: existing green waste composting facility permitted under ESS/05/23/BAS; existing oversize green waste composting facility permitted under ESS/07/23/BAS; and retention of the substation/transformer room and no. 4 storage tanks permitted under planning permission ESS/123/22/BAS at Veolia ES (UK) Ltd, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Essex, SS16 4UH -ESS/88/23/BAS

The proposed developments may not accord with the provisions of the Essex & Southend Waste Local Plan 2017 in force in the area which the land to which the applications relate are situated.
