(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15

1. Erection of 17 dwellings together with associated access, car parking and landscaping, and demolition of modern extension of Conkers together with improvement works. Conkers, Main Street, Iden RR/2023/2153/P
2. Affects the Setting of a Listed Building. Conversion of existing outbuildings to create 1x dwelling including partial demolition within the curtilage of a grade 2 listed building. Hemmingfold Farmhouse, Hastings Road, Battle RR/2023/2399/P & RR/2023/2400/L.
3. Burwash Conservation Area. Proposed single storey rear extension to a grade 2 listed building. Southside, High Street, Burwash RR/2023/2488/P & RR/2023/2489/L.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect to 1, 2, 3 above, and Listed Building Consent in respect to 2 and 3 above.
