(Development Management Procedure) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 15

Applications for planning permission have been submitted for: 

23/01345/FULM - Section 73 application to vary condition 3 of permission 20/01027/FULM relating to amendments to the school access and a updated drainage strategy at Land South Of Falkland Road, (Deanslade Farm), Lichfield, Staffordshire. 

23/01341/FULM - Erection of a replacement commercial building, change of use of land from agriculture to mixed use of haulage yard and open storage (extension of approved external storage area), and formation of new vehicular access (previously approved) at Vicars Coppice Farm , Wood End Lane, Fradley, Lichfield. 

23/01335/COU - Change of use of existing agricultural buildings to form 2no. dwellinghouses and associated works at Woods Farm , Wood End Lane, Fradley, Lichfield. 

LICHFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 

Applications for Listed Building Consent/ Planning permission within a Conservation Area have been submitted for: 

23/01190/FUH - Replacement and enlargement of roof to dwelling at 17 Christchurch Lane, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 8BA. (Affects the setting of a Listed Building) 

23/01276/FUL - Proposed replacement of all windows and doors at St Chads House , Cross Keys, Lichfield, Staffordshire.

23/01318/FUL - Proposed external alterations including lean to canopy roof and changes to fenestration at City Arcade , Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire. 

The above application(s) are available for inspection on the Lichfield District Council website https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/planning. Representations should be made via either the website or email to Neighbour.Responses@lichfielddc.gov.uk, within 21 days of this notice. The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that any representations received must be available for inspection and may be copied.
