The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

1. Change of use from vacant B1(a) offices to C3 use class dwellinghouses 2 flats with skylight to rear at 10, Market Place, Batley.  Application No. 2023/93371.

The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2.  Change of use and alterations to convert vacant textile hall former office (Egi use) to form 6no residential apartments (C3 use) at Textile Chambers, Hick Lane, Batley. Application No. 2023/93235.

3.  Change of use from vacant former offices (Egi) use to form 2 no. C3 use residential apartments including associated alterations at Hick Well House, Hick Well Mills, Hick Lane, Batley.  Application No. 2023/93096.

4.  Erection of detached dwelling at Land adj, Soothill Hall, 106-108, Oaks Road, Soothill, Batley.  Application No. 2023/93087.
