Take notice that application is being made by: Dominus Stratford Limited

Description of proposed development:

Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a part 12, part 34 storey building (plus 1 basement level and roof plant) for a mixed-use development comprising 700 student accommodation rooms (Sui Generis), 801sqm workspace (ClassE), a new public house consisting of 177sqm (Sui Generis) with hard and soft landscaping, public realm improvements including enhancements to the Channelsea River and associated works.

Local Planning Authority address: Floor 9, 5 Endeavour Square, Stratford, E20 1JN.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Local Planning Authority within 30 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
