Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 14/23/00004: The Four Seasons, Chilton Polden Hill, Catcott, Bridgwater, TA7 9FB. Installation of dormer & erection of single storey extension to North elevation, erection of a two-storey extension to the East elevation & change of use of land from agricultural to residential. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application)

Application No. 28/23/00013: Mill Farm Caravan Park, Watery Lane, Fiddington, Bridgwater, TA5 1JQ. Change of use to allow all-year round tourism & temporary use, existing caravan storage to 45 pitches for temporary use & change of use of agricultural land for storage of 100 caravans. This development may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 06723/00014: Brean Leisure Park, Coast Road, Berrow, Burnham on Sea, TA8 2RB. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 06/13/000014 as amended by Non-material Minor Amendment 06723/00004 (Change of use from part of golf course to holiday accommodation, siting of static caravans) to alter approved plan in Schedule A. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 37/23/00104: Eton Manor Farm, Petherton Road, North Newton, Bridgwater, TA7 0BD. Erection of dwelling, detached garage & associated works (all matters reserved except access) to include demolition of existing storage building. This development may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 50/23/00114: Totney Wick, Little Moor Road, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4NL. Erection of a dwelling on site of existing (to be demolished) & associated site works. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
