HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, ar ddiwedd y cyfnod isod, yn bwriadu gwaredu'r tir y cyfeirir ato fel y tir sydd oddi ar Ffordd Ty Newydd, Gallt Melyd, Sir Ddinbych sydd oddeutu 6884 metr sgwaY ac sy'n rhan o fan agored a ddefnyddir at ddibenion hamdden cyhoeddus. Y defnydd aifaethedig ar gyfer y safle yw i'r cae pel-droed barhau i gael ei ddefnyddio gan Glwb Pel-droed Gallt Melyd, ynghyd 3 hawliau mynediad cysylltiedig dros y tir cyfagos sy'n eiddo i'r Cyngor.

Apian of the said land will be kept at the offices of the Head of Service, Corporate Support Services : People, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire LL15 1YN for the period mentioned below. DISPOSAL OF LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council intends after the expiry of the period below to dispose of the land known as land situated off Ffordd Ty Newydd, Meliden, Denbighshire comprising 6884 square metres or thereabouts and which forms part of an open space used for the purposes of public recreation. The proposed use of the site is for the continued use of the football pitch by Meliden Football Club together with associated rights of access over the adjoining Council owned land.

Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Head of Service, Corporate Support Services : People at the address below or may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
