Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
L0010.23, Oakfields Preparatory School Harwood Hall Harwood Hall Lane Upminster, Listed building consent for relocation of entrance gate pillar, widening of entrance gates and replacement of gravel with tarmac on car parking area
The development is in a Conservation Area

Environmental Improvement (remediation) works to include excavation and removal of soil and backfill of soil on site. EIA screening opinion (amended description)
This is a major development because it involves the provision of a building or buildings where the floor space to be created by the development is 1000 square metres or more
