NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Willments Industrial Estate, Hazel Road, Woolston, Southampton, Hampshire, SO19 7HS

Take notice that application is being made by: Mr Murphy of Pressmile Ltd

For planning permission to: Outline planning application for demolition of existing buildings (12,836 square metres) and associated yards and external storage areas (22,051 square metres), engineering operations to increase the level of the developable area of the site by 1 metre and subsequent development of the site for new employment units under Class E, Class B2 and Class B8 (totalling 20,857 square metres) with associated yards for B8 units (4,933 square metres), car parking and landscaping.

Local planning Authority to whom the planning application is being submitted: Southampton City Council, Development Control Services, Planning and Sustainability, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LS

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice. Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
