(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE)
(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15
1. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Proposed works to install two PVCU windows. 18 Endwell Road, Bexhill RR/2023/2109/P.
2. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Demolition & reconstruction of approx 15m of boundary wall affecting a grade 2* listed building. Hye House Farm, Royal Oak Lane, Crowhurst RR/2023/2325/L & RR/2023/2479/P.
3. Erection of four polytunnels, potting shed, agricultural barn and machinery storage barn. Honey House Barn, Harts Green, Westfield RR/2023/2436/P.
4. Alterations to house including extension works, internal alterations, fenestration changes and demolition of modern garage. Amendments to associated residential barn to include new decking and subterranean garage. Landscaping and driveway amendments. Kestrels, Witherenden Hill, Witherenden, Burwash RR/2023/2447/P & RR/2023/2448/L.
5. Rye Conservation Area. Alterations to include the replacement of marley roof tiles with natural
slate; replacement of windows 'like for like' in painted timber double glazed; raise rear extension roof by 200mm and the addition of conservation rooflight. Russel House, Landgate, Rye RR/2023/2470/P.
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect to 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above, and Listed Building Consent in respect to 2 and 4 above.
