Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/1625/FUL/WC: South Mimms BP Connect Service Station, Bignells Corner, St Albans Road, South Minims, Potters Bar, EN6 3QQ.

Redevelopment of site following the demolition of existing pump islands and associated pipework, to facilitate the erection of an electric vehicle charging facility (Sui Generis) providing 32 x electric vehicle charging spaces, a fuelling forecourt including 10 x petrol/ diesel pumps and creation of a new sales building (Class E) with associated access, parking, servicing and landscaping areas.

Reason: Green Belt.

23/1651/HSE/CE: 67 Oakroyd Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 2EN.

Part Garage conversion including raising part of the flat roof and insertion of rear window.

Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours).

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
