NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Land East of Ansty Way, Cuckfield Bypass, Cuckfield, West Sussex I give notice that Fairfax Acquisitions Limited and The Norris Family are applying to Mid Sussex District Council for planning permission for Outline planning application (All matters reserved except for access) for the redevelopment of land to the east of Ansty to create a new Garden Community, comprising of the erection of up to 1,450 homes (including 30% affordable housing), up to 90 residential care units (C2 class), a primary school, a SEND school, health hub, sports facilities including all weather hockey pitches and tennis centre, allotments, retail, community and employment uses together with ancillary and associated development including new and enhanced pedestrian/cycle routes, open
spaces, and landscaping
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Mid Sussex District Council at Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1SS by 21st December 2023
* “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
