What is planned?

LAND ADJACENT TO KNOCKHOLT RAILWAY STATION NORTH SIDE SEVENOAKS ROAD HALSTEAD - (16/05061) Applicant: Mr Edward O'Driscoll
Proposal: Removal of Condition 2 of planning permission 16/05061/RECON dated 18 October 2021 (for Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 16/05061/FULL1 (dated 6 February 2017 for material change of use of land for siting of caravans for residential use for occupation by gypsy travellers with an amenity block, septic tank, hard standing, re-profiling of land and boundary fence) to allow the continued Use and development of the land) to allow for the permanent use of the site for 2 Gypsy and traveller pitches.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated. *As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
