This is notice that a planning application is to be made by Taylor Wimpey and Barratt David Wilson for the following proposed development: Planning application for the change of use from agricultural land to Suitable Accessible Natural Green Space (SANG), together with a vehicular access, car park, paths, fencing and landscaping

Any Owner* of the land, or Tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Dacorum Borough Council, within 21 days of the date of publication on this notice. A copy of the planning application documents will be available on Dacorum Borough Council’s website.
