The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.
23/01920/FL - Cobdown Sports Ground, Station Road, Ditton Aylesford Kent - Mr Darren Kilby is applying to install new 1.8m high weld mesh fencing to the perimeter of the site area known as Webbes Field. Reason: PROW
23/03133 – Development site land opposite Grange Road at Maidstone Road Platt - Rydon Homes Ltd is applying for erection of 24 dwellings (50% affordable), formation of new access from Platinum Way and associated hard and soft landscaping, car parking, public open space, SuDS and associated infrastructure. Reason: MD, HA, PROW, DEPART
23/03139 -Orchard House Addington Lane West Malling ME19 5DW - Mr Andrew Cheek is applying for demolition of existing rear extension and annexe, and replace with a single storey rear extension, entrance canopy and orangery to the side. Reason: CA, HH
23/03202 –Former Ryarsh Place Farm Birling Road Ryarsh West Malling - Mr Paul Bridger is applying for Outline Application: all matters reserved except for access, layout and scale for the demolition of an existing range of modern agricultural buildings and the redevelopment of site with six dwellings with garaging together with associated creation of car parking and turning areas, conversion of existing stable building into an ancillary domestic outbuilding and landscaping works. Reason: CA
